As with any company or technology- the person who fits the aid is 85% of the success formula and the product is the other 15%. Patients with far lower technologies are happier when fitted by a competent person than the patient who is fitted by a lesser qualified person with a higher technology product. A Ferrari never won a race being driven by a blind timid person. It is still a Ferrari, but if it is driven like a Volkswagon, it becomes a Volkswagon for all intents and purposes.
