When purchasing batteries for your hearing aids it is important that you choose the right size and type of battery to suit your aid and to provide optimum functioning.Modern types of Hearing Aid Accessories are more efficient in power consumption and Zinc Air batteries are found to be more effective and environmentally friendly. It is highly recommended that you avoid using Mercury batteries as they are harmful to the environment. If you happen to use Mercury batteries please do not discard them in your household bins but return the used batteries to your hearing aid provider as they have safe and secure ways of disposing of Mercury batteries

Hearing aids should also be cleaned and to do so, you may be Hearing Aid such as special solutions that help remove dirt and moisture from your hearing aid, which will ensure better performance and make your hearing aids last longer. In addition, you'll also need a hearing aid fittings for removing wax from the speaker of your hearing aid and it also springs from the wax that can be used to better protect your hearing.

A zinc air battery uses air outside the Types Of  Batteries as a source of power. The factory applied tab seals the air holes in the battery and ensures freshness until you are ready to use the battery. Do not remove the tab until you are ready to use the battery. To activate the battery, you simply remove the tab. After removing the tab, wait about one minute prior to inserting the battery into your hearing aid. This allows sufficient time for the air to enter and activate the ingredients. Replacing the tab when the battery is not in use will not extend the battery life.
